PADI Rescue Diver with hundreds of logged dives across the Indo-Pacific, the Sea of Cortez, and the cold green water of the Pacific Northwest — which is where you learn what current actually means. Liz routes every dive itinerary we sell and personally vets the boats: crew-to-guest ratio, oxygen kit, how they run their briefings.

Rides five to six hours a week, year-round, rain be damned. Mark has ridden the trips he sells — BC alpine, Moab slickrock, Dolomites hut-to-hut — and speaks fluent bike shop, so when an operator says "intermediate friendly" he asks about sustained grade, exposure, and hike-a-bike minutes instead of nodding.

Wilderness-first-aid trained, three W Treks deep, and the one who's crossed the Drake Passage and can tell you honestly what that's like. Jess owns our pre-departure packs — the gear lists, altitude protocols, and evacuation plans — and plans every trip on the assumption that weather will rewrite one day of it.
